  • Pumpkin Cookies with Browned Butter Frosting

    Ingredients

    Cookies⠀⠀

    • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 3/4 cup butter, softened
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/2 cup pumpkin
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Browned Butter Frosting

    • 3 cups powdered sugar

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    • 3 to 4 tablespoons milk

    • 1/3 cup butter

  • Cast Iron Baked Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

    Ingredients⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • 4 extra large russet potato’s⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • half a stick of butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • 1/2 cup of milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • garlic powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • salt and pepper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
    • parsley
    Instructions
    Peel, cut into cubes, and boil potato’s until fork tender. Drain potatoes. Put into a large deep cast iron skillet. Mash potato’s and add butter, milk, garlic power, salt, and pepper. Mix in cheese. Sprinkle the top with parsley. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
