• 4 Chuck Roasts
• 1 pk. Sirloin Tip Roast
• 2 pk. Sirloin Steak

• 5 pk. NY Strip Steak
• 2 Rump Roast
• 2 pk. Individual Cube Steak
• 50 lb. Ground Beef

This is equivalent to approximately 100 lb. of packaged beef.

The final price for a Quarter Beef will be $1,800.  The remaining balance is due on your scheduled butcher date. This is the final price and includes the processing fee.
