What Comes in the Box
Each box includes:
- 25 pounds of ground beef
- 2 packages of stew meat
- 2 packages of bone-in ribeye steaks
- 2 chuck roasts
- 2 New York strip steaks
- 2 filet steaks
- 2 rump roasts
- 2 sirloin tip roasts
Exact package weights may vary because beef cuts naturally differ in size. Each box contains approximately 45–55 pounds of packaged beef.
100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Beef
Our cattle are raised on grass and are both grass-fed and grass-finished. They are not grain-finished.
We use rotational grazing to move our cattle through the pastures while allowing previously grazed areas time to rest. This is part of how we care for our cattle, grass, and soil.

Storage and Thawing
Keep your beef frozen until you are ready to use it.
Thaw packages safely in the refrigerator on a plate or tray. Do not thaw frozen beef on the counter.
