Ingredients
- (4) Boneless Pork Chop
- (1/4 cup) Honey
- (4 cloves) Garlic
- (1/4 cup) Soy Sauce
- (2 tbsp) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (1 tbsp) Olive Oil
- Fresh parsley
- (To taste) Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them, letting them cook for an additional 2 minutes to soak up the flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
