Honey Garlic Pork Chops
This quick and flavorful dish features tender, pasture-raised pork chops cooked in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze. After searing the pork chops, they’re simmered in a delicious sauce made from honey, garlic, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, creating a rich glaze that perfectly complements the chops. This easy recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner and pairs well with roasted veggies or mashed potatoes for a hearty fall meal.

Ingredients

  • (4) Boneless Pork Chop
  • (1/4 cup) Honey
  • (4 cloves) Garlic
  • (1/4 cup) Soy Sauce
  • (2 tbsp) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • (1 tbsp) Olive Oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • (To taste) Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them, letting them cook for an additional 2 minutes to soak up the flavor.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.

This sweet and savory dish pairs perfectly with roasted veggies or mashed potatoes!
