Ingredients
- 1 lb Biscuit Delight sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Spread the hashbrowns evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Top with cooked and crumbled Biscuit Delight sausage. Add any optional veggies if using.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the hashbrowns and sausage.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until eggs are fully set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
